Scene 1: My honor…my dreams…they’re yours now.
Scene 2: Those wings…I want them too. It feels…good.
Scene 3: If you see Aerith say hi for me. Hey, would you say I became a hero?

Anybody remember Dead Head Fred? It’s easily one of the best handheld games I’ve ever played, certainly one of the best PSP games in existence, and one of the most brilliantly written games ever conceived. In fact, it’s writing was so fantastic that the Writer’s Guild of America gave it it’s first ever award for Excellence in Video Game Writing. On top of all that, it was developed by Vicious Cycle, who made the fantastic Earth Defense Force: Insect Armageddon and Robotech: Battlecry and pretty decent Eat Lead: The Return of Matt Hazard. They’re one of my favorite developers, and this is one of my favorite games. If you’ve never experienced it, check it out :3

Playing through this again on my Vita :3
